DESCRIPTION:This workshop will show how to improve your impact as a 
 researcher. The following two sessions will be presented:\n\nIncrease the 
 visibility of your research (2 hours)\n\nParticipants will learn 
 to:\n\n\n	Find and navigate social research networks (ResearchGate\, 
 Academia.edu\, Mendeley\, etc.)\n	Develop research profiles \n	Understand 
 how to increase your visibility as researcher \n	Understand the role of 
 science communication and social media\n	Tracking your citations (1 
 hour)\n\n\nParticipants will learn about:\n\n\n	The different citation 
 metrics and altmetrics and where to find it\n	Awareness on methods to 
 increase citations\n	Responsible use of metrics\n\n\nTarget audience: 
 Academic staff\, researchers and postgraduate students
