The meeting room in the Stellenbosch University Library, Special Collections is available, during Special Collections opening hours. (Monday – Friday 8:30 – 16:15), free of charge for group bookings by SU students, staff and visitors.
- Clients are not allowed to book a meeting room for the purpose of tutoring.
- Maximum of 12 people, minimum of 4.
- Please note: This room is not soundproof. Please be considerate towards your fellow students and the Special Collections staff.
Preference given to:
- Meetings for small groups (workshops) of 10 – 12 students groups using examples of Special Collections material.
- Up to 3 hours.
The room has two wall sockets and power during loadshedding. Wireless internet access is available to Stellenbosch University staff and students registered on the University network. See Wireless access.
