Description

Master's, PhD, Academic Staff and Researchers who need to attend online meetings, make an online presentation or participate in any other online events may book this room for up to a maximum of two hours per client per day.

Please note that your booking will be cancelled if you are more than 20 minutes late.

Please note that the key to the room must be collected at Client Services if your booking is after 16h00.

Please note that no food is allowed in any of the seminar rooms (or the Research Commons). The rooms are not sound proof. Please consider your fellow students while using the rooms.

This room is specifically tailored for online meetings and videoconferencing. Use for self-study or group discussion is strictly not allowed.

Students are not allowed to book a seminar or discussion room for the purpose of tutoring for a private company as it violates University policy.

These seminar rooms are not soundproof. Please be considerate towards your fellow students and the Research Commons staff.
